  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues on our platform that prevent you from completing your booking.
  • Booking Failure: If your booking fails, and you are debited, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled or changed they are essentialy non-refundable. Please ensure that you check the details of your booking before confirming your purchase.

    • Refunds are typically NOT offered for:

    • Change of Plans: If you change your mind or are unable to attend the movie.
    • Incorrect Selection: If you select the wrong movie, showtime, or seats.

    Refund Process

    To request a refund, please contact our customer support before 24 hours of the scheduled showtime or the booking failure. You will need to provide your booking details, including your ticket number and proof of payment.

    Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be credited in 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.

    Cancellation Charges

    A cancellation fee of 2% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. This fee will be clearly communicated to you during the refund request process.

    Special Circumstances

    In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we may offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling your tickets or providing a credit voucher, instead of a direct refund.
